We take a multi-disciplinary approach in our asset-level analyses, to determine the optimum workout and recovery plan. Every asset or portfolio is underwritten by a team with diverse abilities including valuation, auditing, legal and regulatory oversight, as well as construction, leasing, property management and disposition expertise.
